To increase internal ownership of their upcoming strategy, Doctors without borders Germany wanted to define their Strategic Plan 2021-2024 with joining forces with all employees.
Together we designed a five-month co-creation process.
We started with user interviews, and a survey across departments to learn from the staff's experiences with the previous plan.
The essence of the interviews and an analysis of influencing external factors Formed the base for decision making helping the management team to selected topics. Working groups were
build to then further define and develop them.
The first draft of their work was then presented to all staff, allowing them to provide feedback.Uniting the staffs knowledge and skills formed a great basis for their new strategy.
